Mr. S Vikash Ranjan, a very dear friend of mine is known for his work with BEE on formulation of Enegry Conservation building code, Eco Niwas Samihta & various issues related with thermal comfort, green buildings, sustainable habitat, smart cooling etc. His stint with GIZ resulted into study of our Light House Projects for thermal efficiency & capacity building.
